In approximately 3% of the cases, orders don’t make it through customs, which is normal. We’re constantly tracking all shipments and we’ll inform you if we notice any issues. In case your order has been lost or seized by customs after they leave India, you’ll be notified about the situation and you can then choose a free reshipment or a full refund. If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours, we’ll automatically proceed with a free reshipment.
In extremely rare cases, shipments can get lost before they leave India. In this case, we’ll immediately dispatch a reshipment and you’ll be notified via email.
Please note that we don’t offer refunds or reshipments if you provide an invalid shipping address, or if you do not accept or pick up the order after failed delivery attempts.
